      Pros

      Great colleagues, Great lunch options nearby, Ease of access to MRT and Bus.

      Cons

      Working weekends. Alternate Saturdays or every half Saturday. You don't learn or do anything meaningful in this role. All the decisions are made by some remote guy that only shows up once a month. Meetings with unclear agenda and accomplishes nothing. Work in their Sales team instead.

      Great team to work with at peer level for support.

      Cons

      Poor quality and workforce management. Toxic leadership without a vision. Internal processes, company culture needs more work for improvement. Lack environments of trust to encourage experimentation and innovation. Mostly focus on short-term gains to exploit biases instead of working towards long-term investment results, often leading to long-term pain. Mostly sales and profits-driven above product/service which creates challenges in several areas, chief among them being customer satisfaction and retention
