Pros

The benefits are very solid. You can make connections with other employees under the parent company. Strong commitment to DEI. Talent acquisition is good.

Cons

Employees are tasked with adapting to a series of revolving managers, each with their own agenda, until they can abandon their post for something better - or are forced out. This makes the environment unpredictable to work in. Unrealistic goals. Too many meetings. Lack of transparency.

Fragmented company led by luxury dilettantes

Pros

You will receive a lot of hands-on experience due to having to work closely with many different departments.

Cons

Everyone treats this company like a stepping stone, a side project. They take the pay/title bump, stick around for a short period of time, then they go back to their original, comfortable sandbox that they are so used to. What this does is it puts people without any real commitment in charge of a company that they do not understand, that they refuse to understand. It’s like a Honda salesman trying to sell a Porsche. Different product, different customer. They all try to steer the boat back to what their comfort is instead of realizing it’s a different boat in different seas.
