Pros

- W2 - Flexible schedule - Ability to request subs to cover treatment sessions, IEP meetings and/or complete evaluations (this is client/contract specific) - Ability to collaborate with other providers (through Slack) - Discounts on CEUs - PTO earned - Health insurance benefits - 401 K plan options - Shonta's support of providers through the Cross-licensing process - All teams and staff are very responsive and open to hearing honest thoughts from providers - Quarterly surveys given to providers - Technical support

Cons

- CMs are supporting a large number of providers which is not sustainable - Current school contracts really vary on the terms especially what providers can't and can bill for. I wish we would negotiate our contracts more and ask for additional benefits etc. from our clients to our providers, even non-monetary benefits that do not impact school district's small budget. - Hourly pay rates - Current focus appears to be on sales growth only - No opportunities for advancement - Management and operational staff continue to leave or get laid off
