No respect for work-life balance Dubious performance management practices - had a leader rate our team every two weeks with a scale that was unscientific (at best) to utter rubbish (if you're a trained HR professional) that she built on her own - ratings went from never, infrequent, sometimes, 50:50, often, most times (it seemed like a likert scale but it tipped so heavily on the negative that it would never be accepted at established companies) Unethical contract practices - telling employees in a specific market that their roles were permanent then presenting them with temporary contracts then having to change it after the uproar.
