Boutique firm which gives you unique knowledge in the medical device and biotech consulting space
Cons
The management is a disgrace. Constant belittling and pitting employees against each other. Heavy workloads, no tolerance for opinions from associates, associates get thrown under the bus for management-related mistakes. Salary is well under industry standards.

Eric Lam is a great person to work with and learn from.
Cons
80+ hour work weeks are the norm. The organization's CEO will grind you down to nothing and punish you when he can't squeeze anything more out of you. Compensation also well under industry norm.
