      Pay Small, Office Politics Alright Depend on your Department

      Pros

      Proper company if u seek for stable job. Many qualities talent works there. Many benefits for married, not single. With new management is fine, they want to remove all the incompetent cronies.

      Low pay, Office politics can be tough, if u work with the very incompetent, low level talents.

      Pros

      Flexible working arrangements. Good benefits in terms of medical and reimbursement.

      Cons

      Slow salary progression. Even with flexible working arrangements, sometimes you still have to continue work until late at night. Too many ad-hocs that sometimes affect kpi based tasks. Too many 'urgent' tasks.
