      - got to work with amazing designers - good work/life balance - good mentorship & guidance - interesting projects where designers can take ownership

      Cons

      - only worked on 1 project throughout my internship, would have liked to explore some more

      There’s pro only if you are chamcha of the boss they will say yes to anything if they liked you

      Cons

      Worst place to work at. The CEO thinks she is a god and the team leads clearly thinks they are running the company as well. The management is the most inhuman people i have met. If you ask for a leave they act as if you asked for a kidney. Very unprofessional environment. They will increase the ctc by 1 lac and add bonus worth 80000 in the ctc but in the name of bonus they give you 3000 - 5000.

      We're always seeking constructive feedback and ways to make this a culture to thrive and do cutting-edge work. However, this seems like a personal attack and rather immature, not to mention inaccurate in many parts. We cannot accept your remarks about leaves and increments.
