I had a mixed experience working at HyScaler. While the environment can be toxic due to some senior employees who behave unprofessionally, there are a few senior staff members who are very helpful and supportive. Unfortunately, some seniors often spend time watching YouTube videos and reels during work hours, which affects team productivity. When juniors ask for help, certain seniors can be rude and dismissive, making it hard to learn and grow. However, the few good seniors make a positive difference by offering guidance and support.
