      Accept all levels of experience, happy to train entry level graduates Very nice team, easy to work with and have a great work ethic Decent salary, with pay increases and bonuses dependent on company and individual performances respectively

      Cons

      Professional development/training in molecular sciences is lacking Priority is given to the US HQ, less focus is given to the UK and East Asia sectors
