Pros
The team environment was a major highlight. I built strong, genuine connections with talented colleagues, and we have all maintained a professional network even after moving on. The people are resilient and highly capable.
Cons
Unsustainable Workload/Scalability: The organization lacks a formal project management methodology. Based on industry standards for project management in the local market, a sustainable workload is typically a fraction of what is expected here. My project backlog ballooned significantly over my tenure without a corresponding increase in resources or process support. Lack of Mentorship/Guidance: There was minimal executive-level support; when the backlog surged, there was no clear process for scaling, leaving project managers to fend for themselves without guidance. "Scapegoat" Culture: The internal culture often prioritizes shifting blame during client escalations rather than conducting a root-cause analysis of the underlying process failures that led to the unsustainable workload in the first place. Administrative/Compliance Concerns: There were notable issues regarding basic employee documentation. Despite numerous attempts to contact leadership to request my W-2, the document was not provided. This failure caused significant delays and complications with filing my annual taxes.
