      An excellent learning ground for individuals who would like to build a career in recruitment. -The management levels are very experienced in recruitment. -Innovative and open-minded leaders. -Supportive leaders. Willing to develop anyone who wants to grow. -Good teamwork.

      Cons

      The learning curve will be steep, but it will be rewarding if you put in the effort.

      Good place to grow for fresh talents. A lot of things to learn.

      Cons

      Culture is changing. The 2 new sr. Guys can be very negative and full of gossips. They don't have much positive things to share and we can't learn much from them despite being senior. Food can be limited in the area. Not the best comms scheme compare to competitors.
