      Great Industry to work in. Awesome coworkers.

      Cons

      I worked here short of making my year with this company. The work conditions are very dangerous. Box fans are your only source of air in hot months and one heater to give you heat in the cold months. The owner is a narcissistic, manipulative, and rude. A total control freak!

      It was pretty awful. I won't go into details, but find a different company to work for. You won't be respected here. The owner can't keep employees around and there's a reason for that. Dangerous working conditions as well. You will not be paid for the job you are doing. Owner is very narcissistic and rude.
