Pros
(1) ICpedia's engineers participate in the PnR, Digital/AMS verification of some Synopsys's projects, so all the development, debugging, emails, reports, meetings and other technical stuff are done with Synopsys teams. (2) This give you an good opportunity for working with the cutting-edge technology, and also an access to big training resources. (3) As almost all the VLSI companies in Egypt; ICpedia have flexible working hours and allow working for home in urgent conditions. (4) Good start for the fresh graduate, because its start salary is a relatively good, but the cons should be considered also.
Cons
(1) Unlike almost all the VLSI companies in Egypt, the Salary in ICpedia not 100% in USD. (2) There is a gap in the salaries between the seniors/experts in ICpedia and their counterparts in the other companies. (3) In the technical side, you work with Synopsys and its tight schedules, so expect a bad work-life balance, and also don't expect the luxury of working in new tasks every project. If you did a task well then most probable you will handle the same task in the next projects. (4) The facilities in ICpedia are pathetic, the internet connection, office chairs, and laptops. (5) No career path in ICpedia, no real promotions, and actually no meaning for them due to the flat hierarchy. (6) The new hires could leave ICpedia in the first two years only after paying a big penalty clause. (7) Most probable you will not be able to move to better companies like Mentor Graphics or Silicon Vision, due to the several reasons known in the VLSI industry in Egypt.

Good spirit and good people who work hard to achieve a dream (even if it's a fake one) working with Synopsys is good (although hard)
Cons
I wouldn't go there if it's the last place in the world. Management are running family business, they are cheap
