      Mocking clients internally and excessive innuendos negatively impact the working culture Partners set the strategy for all projects, even if the methodology is flawed; everyone has to follow it or else you'll be treated as an outcast

      It’s hard to accept this review as a ‘current employee’ as we haven’t used ‘Partners’ in projects for many years. We also work in partnership with our clients, so it’s highly unlikely that we’d be critical of them, whether new or, as is typically the case, long-term

      Turnover rate is very high.

      Hard to know how to respond to this - our turnover rate is incredibly low (a lot lower than industry standard). Sometimes people don't work out, though, but let's not call that 'turnover'
