Pros
If you can endure sucking up to mid / senior management and back-stabbing your peers and others in the process, you may have a half decent shot at a career with them,
Cons
The list is endless, but in a nutshell they will try to lure you into their nest, hiding behind their so-called "guiding principles" and "double digit growth" figures. Yet another 20 dear friends and x-colleagues were fired today without any apparent reason other then "saving cost". The people/managers really responsible for all their mistakes and not managing current/future investors' expectations properly are well protected. Again: stay clear!
