Pros
Ability to wear many hats. Technical and business opportunities to learn and grow. Very smart team of people that care about the customer. Awesome software! Always learning something new.
Cons
Pay and benefits were not competitive. Had to work a lot of hours to make extra money. Travelled a lot which is not a con if you like traveling. Compensated well for travel.

The team was very knowledgeable about the industry and the product team was very flexible. The team's ability to interact with the client was amazing.
Cons
In some ways because the company is small it felt like there were cliques that got in the way of truly inspirational product innovation.
