So many... 1.Poor HR policy. Policy differs from person to person. For some they issue service letter, Full and final settlement. Avg. Perks and benefits 2.People who quit the job is higher than people joins the company. Poor attrition rate. Company will never settle your money after resignation. I think they can even run the business by keeping the money of the people who leaves the job. Such a worst HR policy. 3. No training will be provided. 4. Final thing is, they loot the money in the name of 3 yrs bond period. This is the reason, ppl just leaves after receiving the salary in order to save their money. 5.they expect you to join the organization as soon as possible. But when relieving, mandatory u need to serve 3 months. 6. They will literally torture you during notice period in order to retain you. 7.Overall company is worst bcoz of poor management. 8.poor safety culture. Company witnessed so major incidents in the recent times. Two major oil spills, One major fire explosion, pipeline rupture, etc etc. 9.there is a terminal called ETTPL in Ennore. It's like a movie KGF. Treat you like slaves. 10. Sometimes, you need to quit the job just after receiving the salary without expecting any service letter. It means, that other employer in an oil and gas sectors knows well. IMC will never produce service letter. That's the good thing.
