Overall, Immunetrics can be a good place to work. It has a nice blend of startup and established company, so it's young enough to be dynamic but old enough to be relatively stable. Immunetrics has a quality service to offer, so it can be successful for years to come with proper execution. The consulting-based business model can lead to hectic and stressful days, but it can be extremely rewarding when things come together and you influence the direction of major players in pharma/biotech. Creative thinking is enouraged and you can make a big impact at Immunetrics if you're smart and willing to work.
Cons
The stress of consulting in biotech isn't for everyone, below market pay, poor vacation package, priorities and goals often shift leading to wasted effort and poor staff morale, financial success is tied too closely to the ebbs and flows of Big Pharma
