You're basically dealing with high-schoolers in adult bodies. The management is extremely cliquey and will not hesitant to throw you the curb at a moment's notice, despite their efforts of saying "working here is like being with a family" and "teamwork is the most important part of our success". These are all just lies they say to make themselves believe they're actually doing real work and making real impacts. Management will take credit for all of your work and will not give you feedback because they're too busy playing Candy Crush on their phones in the back all day. It's sad really. This job is a dead end; no growth to be had besides gaining experience within that certain field. Teamwork does not exist here. You want to ask a question to one of your co-workers? Get ready to be met with distain and ugly looks for asking something that they KNOW the answer to but will make you feel dumb about it. Some "family" they are!! Overall, would DEFINETLY NOT recommend working at this trash heap of a company. I got laid off and didn't even hear it from my "bosses" who I had been working with for over a year... they "took a sick day" that day "coincidentally" just so they did not have to tell me but have someone else, who might I mention was a new guy who has only been there for 1 MONTH, that you are laid off. There are a million better jobs out there that not only have immensely more opportunity for growth, but won't make you feel small because you're trying to learn and improve upon your craft. If dealing with high school children in adult bodies is what you're looking, then this is the job for you.
