Cons

Managed as a factory, with barely any flexibility or consideration with collaborators. Hardly conducive to good research. Focus is on consultancy to the industry, not scientific research.

Clear as day that old people lead the way at INEGI, many outdated politics within the company such as stagnant progression and ridiculously low ammount of remote work days
