There are some good people in the business who work hard and are willing to share their knowledge and skills
Cons
The biggest downside to this business is the GM and the misogynistic and sexist culture he drives through the business. Mates and family (male) are elevated to roles they are not suitable for or capable of performing to the detriment of the business whilst high performing female staff are ignored or asked to do extra over and above what the male employees are required to do. Staff are treated as though they are completely disposable and this creates a culture of fear and mistrust. People are enticed to the business with misinformation about the businesses performance and the possibility to earn bonus.
