Cons

Terrible work culture led by the CEO and senior management. One always gets the feeling that the management does not trust employees as they use intimidation tactics, do not allow for culture of friendliness in the workplace. Staff is underpaid and there is lot of favouritism, there is culture of appeasement. People are so intimidated that they hesitate discussing their concerns openly. Overall not a good place for growth in career for young professionals. Mentoring is poor.

Pathetic place to work at! Absolutely zero work ethics

Employees are good and make the work place tolerable but the absence of work life balance and work ethics makes this the the worst company i have ever worked at.

Cons

Everything is controlled by the CEO, even what toilet paper will be bought. Being stressed at work is an understatement. They will push you until you suffer from some mental instability. Most of the work looks really good from outside but no practicality at all. Work experience will be nothing but harrassment. Half of the people left by the time I did, I am hoping it will be empty soon, because that's what it deserves, to be shut down.
