Good people at ground zero
Cons
CEO will call you in the middle of the night to reply emails. Unrealistic expectations !! No HR department, no business model, no appreciation, no work life balance, cheap tactics, no core policies. They can blame anyone for their mistakes even if you haven’t done it! Promotion never came with any raise although promised! If asked for raise you probably will end up leaving the company or getting fired for some BS reason.
