      Work environment and culture are great. A lot of possibilities to grow and very high exposure. Great benefits and fair pay

      Support to the Field Service Team to achieve desired optimal performance

      No Staff welfare, Safety and security of the team not given optimal attention as team works 247 and at odd hours t achieve 99.99% telecom equipment availability

      Cons

      No review of salary at all. Field service Engineers treated as slaves and the O & M department has created a system automatically compelling the field team to use their meager salary paid to me to work for the system.
