Pros
The tech team is pretty good. The set of responsibilities you get is very useful, even for full-stack. Standard practices are followed for code.
Cons
Management and work distribution are not good. You need to be very transparent and open to sharing your thoughts in case you are not able to work in the environment. The review process and work distribution process are haphazard, and don't align with the job title or the level at times.
