Pros
Many people salt and pepper throughout the business who have been around for more than seven years are some of the brightest and most talented. Many would roll up their sleeves to help others and the customers. These people, few that they are, are the only remaining five stars within the company.
Cons
Overall, the working environment is highly toxic, with political infighting between the executive and senior leadership. From the top, almost all of the executive leaders jumped off the sinking ship over the past ten months, leaving only the CEO and CTO at the helm. The CTO has single handed taken the company down a costly financial sinkhole while misleading the CEO, board, and the owner of the company. Customers increasing have been getting frustrated and threatening to leave. It has been becoming harder to compete when talking with new prospects as we have not released anything of value in over two years. The bottom line is this was a great company; for now, I wouldn't recommend joining until there is some honest, visionary, and strong leadership at the top who will live up to the company values.
