Pros

- Friendly people - If you have a social team then team events are great fun - Good location in Bracknell - walking distance to shopping/food/station - Senior management are really trying to improve - HR have improved, often thinking of creative ways to get people engaged - Good company to have on CV, with the opportunity to work with plenty of blue chip clients.

Cons

- Not a lot of room to grow - The better you are at your job the more they will walk over you, I have seen a lot of bright & creative people get burnt out, as management will overwork good people as an easy option to get a job done, rather than putting in effort to improve the team members who struggle. - Often asking experienced employee's to manage other team members / do managers tasks on top of current workload without promoting them to a manager. - They will try and not replace people after they have gone if the team are able to deliver, even if it means the remaining team are always working (unrewarded) overtime. - Senior management say what you want to hear but will not follow through with their actions. - Same people are rewarded for the same things, people who do their job correctly first time without needing to fix their own mistakes will go unnoticed. - All you will hear from management is a continuous cycle of 'It's only temporary', 'It is what it is', 'We just need to get through this', 'It will get better'.

Pros

The people you work with are quite nice.

Cons

1. They have really low quality standards 2. They oversell and underdeliver 3. When they sell products they always underestimate the number of people needing to work on the account and then you have to work so many hours to deliver what they sold 4. You will at least work 60 hours every week. A lot of people work 80 hours a week and are never rewarded for it. 5. They will never thank you for your extra efforts. 6. When people are sick, they are annoyed that they cannot work and they still hope you can answer a couple of emails. 7. There is a lack of real leadership. 8. Leaders don’t work half as hard as their teams 9. Perfect is you are looking to work like a slave and burn out 10. They will always try to not pay your bonus by inventing any excuse about the company’s performance and by giving you targets that are impossible to reach

Pros

Work from home, still a few flag ship brands to work with

Cons

IRI has been under very poor management for many years now in where they promise the world to the CEO and never deliver the numbers. Because they can't deliverer, all bonuses by default can't be paid. I joined and it was commonly known after 1 month in the new year there was no chance at all to achieve the numbers. The staff turnover is massive just have a look on LinkedIn. There is a working from home culture at IRI which means the Bracknell office is not much more fun than a graveyard. Operationally in the UK it's a mess and it's the core of many issues, data management regularly fails which means client make decisions on incorrect data sets. Client losses in 2013, 2014 and 2015 have been severe.
