      Nothing to mention. They have only negatives

      Cons

      Exams not conducted in genuine way. Students are allowed to malpractice in university exams. Regular certification given to students who not even come to university and live in other states. The students who are pursuing their degree in this under serious risk. In future their degree will become invalid. Complaints has been forwarded UGC and other concerned authorities. Especially in Chennai the students admission are carried out by giving false promises. The students will have to face serious trouble. Fake back dated degrees given to spoil people career and future. Soon tamilnadu government will appeal to UGC to cancel the ISBM university recognition.

      You get a lot of space to experiment on new turf and thus develop the processes and also yourself.

      Cons

      Very dynamic and evolving organisation in nature which has many advantages but also a few downsides.
