      Annual increase base on score cards and performance

      They let you handle additional tasks without additional pay. A single CM would sometimes do tasks that were out of their job description.

      Pros

      The client is very appreciative of the agent's welfare. If it is needed to have a wfh set-up due to typhoon, they will accommodate.

      Cons

      They expect agent to perform well, meaning they are not allowed to have a minimal error in processing clients' invoices but their support is WORST!! They are giving contracts with different name (not double checking before sending out) not following Data Privacy. It looks like they are not serious on their work
