Senior management is often poor, strategy changes everything 6 months and executed badly. Lots of people are treated with contempt.

There is no progression - there is no roadmap for progression. Company has not won new business and just raves about existing customers, they constantly struggle with pipeline and marketing budget. We use the same campaign idea just with a updated message, doesn’t churn great success. I would only join if you are a graduate, even then i wouldn’t recommend.
