High turnover (many people leaving) No career path High workload Tight deadlines Multi tasking (handling multiple projects/development) is a must Senior Leadership Team are do or die attitude No work life balance obviously Leadership distrust employees No guidance or support for new hires. They expect you to know everything when they hire you People leaving, no one joining, hiring always open
