      The only pro is that the CEO didn't come into the office very often.

      Cons

      - salary not paid on time - salary not paid at all - no proper HR policies - no proper structure - Try to make you sign weird papers in the name of exit formalities - release letter not given even after months - no response to repeated emails about unpaid salary and papers

      Pros

      IceCream Labs is probably one of the WORST companies you can ever work for. Please avoid ruining your career. All the positive reviews are fudged by their maniacal CEO.

      Cons

      The entire company is a Con. The CEO is a horrible human being who will suck the life out of you, and not pay you what you deserve and not even give you any experience letter at the end.
