Pros

Worked with amazing people who are passionate about the outdoors.

Cons

On the wall is the motto "it's about how we treat the earth and each other." I was treated so poorly by this company it's hard to comprehend. They lied about compensation I was told I would receive, they would hire and fire people on a whim, and they let the cool company we built crumble.

Pros

Merino wool is great Standard "benefits" of a cool-kids outdoor company: ping-pong, keg, dogs, etc.

Cons

Such a mess in every way. Job-seekers: You can do better than this. Look elsewhere.

Pros

company sold to the north face

Cons

1.huge issues for north America management including turnover rates unheard of. 2.made up model of management by head office in vancouver contradicting what they implemented the day before. 3.lack of diversity. how many african americans work for this company in north america compared to white? might not even have a single African American employee 4.lacking professionalizm in managing employees and threats are delivered subliminally 5. No respect or support for current or former employees who get plastered constantly 6.workers safety is ignored by having people work alone handling cash with no check in or support. 7. working over the legal limit for hours in a week with no breaks and no days off. with head office in vancouver knowledge and directive 8. no promotions and no appreciation of experience you bring to the company
