      - Major holidays and weekends off - Consistent/predictable work schedule - Easy to get time off when you need it - Free lunch/coffee (occasionally)

      Cons

      Everything else... - No communication - Disorganized/careless management - No health/dental insurance - No 401k - Pay (just above minimum wage) - Gossipy/backstabbing work environment

      Great Company with Growth Potential

      Image One is a great company because of the team that works there. The culture is growth and team oriented and the owner really cares about all of us. He has gone above and beyond for many that work here. The company is growing not only locally but looking for national growth as well, which leaves room for advancement.

      It is a smaller company, which can be positive or negative depending on your view. It is a privately owned company.
