Pros

Benefits are pretty good if you can find a Penn Doctor. Work from home option but you’ll be micromanaged even from home

Cons

I’ve never been micromanaged so bad until I came to Elap. Management is horrible!!! They try to turn you into a robot. They pride themselves on diversity but there’s absolutely no ethnic people in management or executives. But they’ll ask you to be in a picture to put on LinkedIn so they look diverse. PLEASE STOP Benefits get worse every year. They pay you less if your ethnic so be careful when accepting pay No opportunity for growth

Forget advancement within this company unless you are a yes ma’am, no ma’am type person with zero new ideas or have anything less than perfect to say. HR has zero allegiance to you, only to the protection of upper management. All they have done is taken away benefits, not added for those who have been loyal to the company, while making it look good to new employees. Looks as if they are trying to weed out the ones who make more, or perhaps are older? No raises, no cost of living increase in the worst recession our country has seen in years. In a matter of 3 months my review went down an entire point, and others I spoke to received bad or average performance reviews for no reason at all, affecting the ability to obtain other jobs within the company when they decided to wipe out an entire department all of a sudden. You work countless hours without recognition and are only expected to do more. All while hiring unqualified senior management and encouraging us to do surveys they do not even review or care about. If you provide honest feedback you will likely be terminated. If you are a new graduate this is the place for you!

We encourage everyone to use our anonymous feedback tool to provide honest feedback without fear of reprisal. HR actively provides guidance to management on hiring, performance management, and employee relations to maintain a harmonious workplace and protect employee interests. We also execute an annual employee pulse survey that is completely confidential and delivered through a third-party vendor to gain insight into our workplace and how we can continue to improve. Finally, we encourage all team members to prioritize their well-being, even during busy periods, by taking advantage of our competitive benefits package. This includes our comprehensive health plan, financial assistance with medical debt, generous PTO allowance, and new, robust Employee Assistance Program.

Working at Imagine360 has been quite the experience. Unfortunately, it's not an experience I would recommend. The management-centric culture is undeniable. It often feels like the higher-ups are the only ones who truly matter, leaving the rest of us to deal with the consequences of their decisions. This creates an atmosphere where the concerns and well-being of frontline employees are consistently overlooked. Stress levels are through the roof. It takes a toll on one's mental and physical health. The compensation is, to put it bluntly, well below industry standards. The pay is hardly commensurate with the stress and workload. Raises, if you can even call them that, are an absolute joke. They're nowhere near enough to keep up with the rising cost of living, let alone reward hard work and dedication. As for the benefits, they are nothing short of disappointing, especially for a health insurance company. It's ironic how an organization responsible for ensuring people's health seems to neglect the health and well-being of its own employees. The benefits package is subpar and leaves much to be desired. In sum, if you're considering a job at Imagine360, be prepared for a high-stress environment, below-average pay, and a benefits package that falls far short of expectations. This is a place where the management's priorities don't align with the needs and concerns of its workforce. Proceed with caution.

To ensure every employee's concerns were not only heard but also addressed transparently, we implemented an all-employee engagement survey conducted by a third party. With a 91% completion rate, we achieved significant employee participation. Furthermore, we consistently provide updates on the survey findings during our all-employee townhall meetings. Additionally, we understand the importance of employee benefits and are constantly reviewing and enhancing our offerings, including an expansion of our Employee Assistance Program that provides confidential, professional assistance to address a wide range of personal and work-related challenges, including mental health or well-being concerns. In addition to a zero-cost employee health plan, this year alone we added a much more robust employee assistance program, expanded telemedicine offering, enhanced wellness programs. Along with numerous employee education session to ensure our employees are aware of how to take advantage of these benefits. Every year, we diligently assess our benefits package, constantly seeking fresh avenues to elevate and enrich our offerings. Our company operates on a performance-based model, the bonus and merit for this year were determined by considering both the company's performance and the employee's annual performance review. Regarding compensation, we regularly benchmark our pay structure to ensure it remains competitive in the industry. We genuinely appreciate your feedback, as it provides valuable insights for us to grow and improve.
