staff in some departments are friendly

it is a fee-paying school not an independent school whereby students get accepted based on performance, all abilities are welcome

Pros

The residents are awesome and I loved getting to know each of them. Beautiful place to work. Most coworkers know how to communicate respectfully and are helpful. I love my actual job-the work.

Cons

Management Worked alongside a sociopath before I left. The last straw(when I knew I had to leave) was when they assaulted me though I had no proof.
