well to be very very honest there is no pros in the company.
Cons
i will go from point to point:- 1. No work culture:- its been more than 2 years yet the product is not complete(for those who want to join in tech), you will end up getting demotivated. 2. management :- management has personal interests and don't want to hear any feedbacks from any team members. 3. HR :- well i don't know why HR is hired for, not doing her work and only envolved in politics and making sure to save her job at any cost. 4. Ethics :- only one word PATHETIC
