Managers who try to tell you what to do, but don't have the feintest idea how to do the job ! Praise rarely given - only if there's a problem do some Managers' speak. Hard work and endeavour count for nothing if your face doesn't fit Bullying is a problem - if your face doesn't fit, they'll drive you out. Some "Managers" have NO people skills whatsoever.

There aren’t many. Met some great people here, but many of them have now left. Decent work / life balance. Good London location.

Cons

Minimal benefits, almost zero investment into staff development, no clear strategy as to how to take the company forward. Lags behind pretty much all of its competitors.
