Pros

Amazingly friendly and creative people, very collaborative, great range of clients and work, autonomy to lead own projects, fab vibes

Cons

As the agency 'for impatient brands', work can be fast-paced, and can require jumping between multiple different projects at once (but this also keeps the agency and role energised, and can be challenging in a good way).

Pros

the office was spacious with a nice view

Cons

Where to begin. Toxic management, who didn't respect personal time or space. Unrealistic deadlines. Unhealthy work culture.

Pros

Collaborative, 'no nonsense' approach to getting great work out in the world. It's fast paced, but the team have realistic expectations of one another. You're given opportunities to work across interesting clients and projects, and there is a genuine feeling as though the agency cares about its employees. Impero care about their employees and listen to feedback and look for ways to improve.

Cons

Diversity could be improved, and with SLT too
