Impero has an employee rating of 3.6 out of 5 stars, based on 24 company reviews on Glassdoor which indicates that most employees have a good working experience there.
Amazingly friendly and creative people, very collaborative, great range of clients and work, autonomy to lead own projects, fab vibes
Cons
As the agency 'for impatient brands', work can be fast-paced, and can require jumping between multiple different projects at once (but this also keeps the agency and role energised, and can be challenging in a good way).
Collaborative, 'no nonsense' approach to getting great work out in the world. It's fast paced, but the team have realistic expectations of one another. You're given opportunities to work across interesting clients and projects, and there is a genuine feeling as though the agency cares about its employees.
Impero care about their employees and listen to feedback and look for ways to improve.
- I joined Impero from a bigger agency, looking for more autonomy and control over my own clients and projects. I’ve been given exactly that, and more. - They invest in training and really listen to you about the projects you want to work on, and that you’re passionate about. - We have some killer clients and a real drive and desire to get great work out in the world. This comes from the top down and management understands the team’s desire to build a portfolio, for themselves and for the agency. - Always great vibes, gorgeous dogs and food in the office. - Senior teams work just as hard as more junior talent and every rallies together to get the work done.
Cons
- 2 days in the office a week means it can sometimes be a bit quiet in the office.
