Pros
Only positive point is to get your foot in the industry! It is such a low paying industry in general so reconsider this industry!
Cons
President focuses on "who stole toilet paper" and bandaid instead of keeping the employees happy and expect them to work well by paying more than min wage. President prefers to hire weird chemists who accept wages like $36k and this creates an unpleasant and dirty work environment.

Impopharma is a place for fresh graduate to persude a career pathway toward biotech.

It is for people with little or no experience and would like to enter the biotech industry because everywhere else just won't likely to take fresh graduate.
Cons
One of the down side about this company is that you got to sacrifice and be willing to receive very low salary. It is very stressful to work at a place that doesn't pay well and still you got to suffer all the stress from it.
