      Micromanaged Always promised to cross train, I was there over two years and didn’t cross train Management will try and get away with giving you as little career movement if your good at your job HIGH TURNOVER Political games Not FLEXIBLE Operations, Purchasing, Accounting - no bonus, only horrible Christmas gifts with the company name and logo Be careful when submitting doctors notes

      There are at least none that come across my mind.

      Cons

      High turnover. Nobody knows what they're doing. No growth. Lack of care for their clients and homes. All they care for is money even at the homeowner's expense.

      Everything. Literally everything about this place is a con. Do not work here. There’s a reason why on Indeed they never post jobs under their name. They’re always under “homebuilder”.
