Pros

Good pay , great coworkers , Great hours . Food was fun and creative wait staff was great to work with .

Cons

CEO is extremely disrespectful and does not care about anything but himself . Super rude and will let you know that you aren’t anything to him constantly . the owner / lead line cook is extremely disrespectful and makes for a very unpleasant work experience . If you enjoy going to work and feeling like today might be your last day then this is the place for you . Like to work in a seriously unhappy environment where you constantly get dissed ? this is the place for you . Like to work under extreme amounts of pressure where you are expected to meet unrealistic time frames ? Feel free to apply .

Scary and Awful Owner

Pros

If he likes you and allows you to be a waitress then you make good money. I would still give this place a 0 if I could.

Cons

The owner is an absolute mess. There is good and bad in any restaurant and people need to and do learn to take the ebbs and flows but I am telling you find another job because he is awful and borderline breaks the law. THIS COMPANY IS NOT WORTH THE MONEY. And let me tell you I made a good amount of money. He doesn't let you eat even if you bring your own food until the end of the day at 3 pm. If you call out or even have a note you will be penalized and he will make you host for a week after. He says he will hire you as a server but then takes away your shifts or makes you host or buss instead. He also has "black-out dates" that last for MONTHS. Like the entire summer, you cannot request off or call out or you're screwed. He also has on-call shifts. Where he will call you in if someone calls out. You must be available at anytime to come in, or you're screwed. You aren't allowed to talk to other employees, only your tables. You aren't allowed to come in to eat unless you get permission from him first. One time he posted an Instagram story of him with an underage teenager in the base level of the restaurant on a closed business day. He plays favorites. No breaks. Mostly girls only. He definitely gets off on screaming at people. He is verbally abusive. He makes fun of employees to others. He needs to hire someone to run his business because there are girls out there that will sue him. He also has mice that eat through the bags of his bread. They poop in the bag and he literally throws out the slices that were chewed on by the mice instead of the whole thing. He has a crazy power trip. People cry daily. The examples I could give you truly wouldn't even believe. Please do not work here it is insulting to yourself.
