Highly toxic work culture with rampant favoritism. Micromanagement stifles creativity and innovation. Lack of job security; employees are treated as disposable. Family members and close associates of management have unfair advantages and exclusive benefits. Increment policies are unfair; junior staff increments are sacrificed to reward leads and favorites. No clear growth path for employees who aren’t part of the inner circle.
