Pros
Very diverse people and the teachers are all passionate about what they study and teach. Great minds! The working space is really nice in a nice modern building in the 13th,filles with the energy of the students and many projects and events going on. The atmosphere you work in will depend on the team you'll be integrating and how long will your colleagues be in place. There is a lot of turnover among the contractuel personnel (1 to 3 years contracts) and this gives a dynamic of motivated people with fresh energy, completing the role of the fonctionnaires who have been here longer.
Cons
Big turnover, low consideration for the employees, low paychecks. Unless you're a fonctionnaire, this is not a place where you'll stay long. But you can learn on the way!
