      Pros

      I worked with Inception for about 2 and a half years as a General manager having worked at numerous other operators in the UK before. From my 6 week induction until the end I felt really well looked after, challenged and supported. They also have a fantastic development program which is the best I have seen in my career so far. I would genuinely recommend this company. (Plus you go on some pretty fun trips and company parties)

      one of the best companies i have ever worked for

      Pros

      flexible program, healthy work environment, strong, efficient and friendly teams, hot staff food provided on shift + other perks. great at developing people as trainings on different subjects from steps of service to spirits and bartending are provided for any employees who are interested in learning

      late nights and the occasional rude customers but you get those anywhere you go working in hospitality

      Pros

      A genuine attention to development and recognition that it is the driving force behind the growth of the company. A company built on its people and still places them at the centre of everything. A diverse team who work in hospitality because it is fun Company has clear mission and values followed by majority of staff

      Cons

      Growing pains increase pressure that we are not used to managing. Structure is not clear Hourly pay, employee holidays and many other areas at legal minimum Working environment is often bottom of agenda - staff areas, back of house
