      Unfair employee treatment, management calamity, high staff turnover

      Pros

      -Mission is great but the rest is a disaster

      Cons

      -The company exterior conceals unfairness in the interior -Poor pay. Huge gap between researchers who actually do the work and management -Wrongful termination of contracts -lack of respect for working hours. The remote working arrangement is a bait that's not worth the stress you will go through -Poor HR planning. HR hires today then she realises the next month that there are no Financial Resources. -CEO not capable of managing her management team. -Conpany financial condition is often volatile

      great mission but TERRIBLE management

      Pros

      The mission is great and the flexibility you have as well (working from anywhere+flexible hours).

      Cons

      Everything else: the CEO is absolutely not capable to manage the executives, directions from the top are confused, unclear, people are not treated fairly: salary difference, people hired and fired 1 month after for lack of funding... would suggest to never join this organisation, the pro of working flexibly is definitely not enough for all the stress and mismanagement you get.

      Great Mission, Poor Execution

      You can work with the diverse team member, and learn a lot. Flexibility to work preferred hours.

      Cons

      Limited salary and payouts. No leave policy. No holidays on public holiday either. For each day you miss, your pay is docked. Limited understanding of business operations. While the company excels in their thematic areas, business management is poor. Constant change in rules. One month, the invoice has to be prepared in one manner, the next month it would be changed. Recently a number of people have been asked to resign, so I do not think there is a future in this organisation, unless there is an overhaul in management and operations.
