Many of the teachers at this university seem unqualified. Our programming instructor once said, 'If I knew how to code, I’d be working in a software house instead of teaching here' — which was both shocking and discouraging. Several teachers appear to lack even a basic understanding of their own lecture slides. If teaching means simply reading slides, then students could easily do that themselves without needing such 'instruction.'
Furthermore, there’s a noticeable culture of favoritism among faculty, which affects fairness and student morale.
