Mr. Sundar the HR director of the Infinityhub. Let we see his own performance, his approach appears to be predominantly focused on micromanagement rather than addressing fundamental HR functions. Issues such as the timely issuance of offer letters, accurate documentation, and the provision of payslips, confirmation letters and many more have been consistently mishandled. Furthermore, the absence of HR-led initiatives, such as Induction, Introduction, culture-oriented initiatives, or proper onboarding processes, reflects a lack of proactive leadership. I respectfully urge you to address these concerns promptly, either through direct intervention or by assigning another HR representative to conduct a thorough assessment of Mr. Sundar's capabilities. Failure to rectify these issues may not only compromise the morale and efficiency of the workforce but also tarnish the reputation of the organization.
