On offer letter the probation period is mentioned 3 months.
No one gets probation period completed in less than 6 months until they are joined through reference
Some of my coworkers had probation period extended over 1 year.
They pay less during this probation, so they try to delay your probation as much as possible.
You can't even resign at this time as it will waste your previous 1 year journey without any experience letter
2. Company is filled with references , there are brothers and sisters of team leads who can't do basic programming, but are developers for more than a couple of years
3. They call it a family, yes they live like a big family where not everyone is equal some a close relatives, some are distant relatives. Only bootlickers get good increament.
4. Job role - they lie to lot of people, they will hire you for development role and make you do manual testing for years , saying you will get dev role in upcoming months
5. If you work in internal project of company - your learning will be less than a manual tester, they give code access to very few people, everyone are just using to app to make demo for clients.
